From delicate solar panels to heavy industrial machinery, Erawat Enterprise manufactures wooden packaging solutions that meet the exact specifications of your product and your supply chain. Every piece is made to order — no standard boxes, no compromises.
Pallets built for the realities of a working warehouse — repeated forklift handling, selective racking, and block stacking three or four high. We size the deck to your rack beam spacing rather than the other way round, so loads sit square and safely supported.
Choose four-way entry for tight aisles, or two-way stringer construction where cost per unit matters more than manoeuvrability. Close-boarded decks carry drums and sacks; spaced decks keep weight and cost down for cartoned goods.
Some cargo should never be moved twice. For machinery that is awkward, fragile, or simply too large to crate elsewhere, our team comes to your facility and builds the packaging around the item where it stands.
We arrive with timber, fixings, foam and strapping, measure in place, and construct the case on site — including skid bases, lifting points, and internal bracing tuned to the load's centre of gravity. You avoid double handling, and the item is packed once, correctly.
Any solid wood packaging crossing a border has to meet ISPM 15. Timber is heated until its core holds 56°C for a minimum of 30 continuous minutes, killing pests and larvae without chemicals, then stamped with the IPPC mark carrying the country code, producer code and the HT treatment code.
We treat in our own kilns and keep the treatment records, so the mark on your pallet is traceable. Unmarked or incorrectly marked wood is refused at the border — the cost of getting this wrong is a container sitting at port.
Most packaging is either over-specified and expensive, or under-specified and arriving damaged. We review what you ship, how it travels, and what has failed before, then redesign around the actual risk.
That usually means right-sizing the case to cut freight volume, moving timber where the load path needs it, and removing it where it was only adding weight. Clients routinely find savings in cubic metres shipped as well as in damage claims avoided.
Plywood is manufactured using heat, pressure and adhesive, which means it falls outside the scope of ISPM 15 altogether — no heat treatment, no IPPC stamp, no fumigation paperwork. For regular exporters that removes an entire step from the process.
It is also considerably lighter than solid timber for the same strength, which matters when freight is priced by weight. Smooth faces take stencilling and labels cleanly, and collapsible designs fold flat for economical return or storage.
When nothing standard fits, we build to the item. Send dimensions, weight, fragility and destination, and our team returns a design with the bracing, cushioning and lifting arrangement worked out around that specific load.
Typical work includes cases with moulded foam cradles for instruments, open crates with removable panels for installation access, skid bases with integrated lifting eyes, and multi-item cases with internal dividers so one crate replaces five.
